The Hylian Soldier's

Name: Conall Mac Fintain
Location: Hyrule Castle, Hyrule
Sex: Male
Occupation: Auxiliary in the Hylian Guard, recruited from the borderlands
(Northeast of the Lost Woods).
He was a Hylian in his early
twenties and stood about 5'10". He had short brown hair and green
eyes. His frame was slender, but muscular.
He
wore a short-sleeved maille and plate harness reaching to his knees. The
plates that were woven into the rings of the shirt were of shining steel,
matching the polished helmet upon his head. On his forearms he wore
bazubands of maille and plate. He carried a standard issue spear in his
right hand and had a Hylian shield slung over his shoulder. On his belt
hung a fine sword, passed down through his family.
When not on duty, he wore the clothing of the style of his people: A blue ankle length linen sleevesless tunic. The hems were decorated with embroidery. When laboring or fighting he drew some of the fabric over his belt, lifting the bottom hem to his knees. Upon his feet he wore simple leather shoes, each made from a single piece of leather. He also wore a simple leather belt around his waist, fastened with a copper buckle, On it was a leather pouch and a short iron sword. The blade was an heirloom, passed down from his great grandfather. On his shoulders, fastened with a small brass penannular brooch, was a red checked cloak. He carried a spear and a small round wooden shield, with an iron boss in the center.
